* does not take into account any legal or regulatory aspects of gaming or cryptocurrency in different countries or jurisdictions;
* does not provide any legal or financial advice or services to its users or partners;
* does not guarantee or endorse any gaming assets or items that are sold on its trading platform;
* assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of its platform or coin. 

**Gamepass Network advises its users and partners to:**

* Do their own research and exercise due diligence before engaging in any gaming or cryptocurrency activity;
* Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective countries or jurisdictions;
* be aware of the risks and problems associated with gaming or cryptocurrency activities, such as volatility, hacking, fraud, etc
